The founding director of the firm is Godfrey Lufuno Mathobo who was a member/Director of Mathobo Rambau & Sigogo Inc. a law firm which operate from the 20th day of September 2004 till the 31st day of August 2022.
Mr GL Mathobo was a partner with the late Mr Lutendo Benedict Sigogo and the late Ms Tshavhungwe Lizzy Rambau from 1999 July to September 2021 when the firm Mathobo Rambau & Sigogo Attorneys was incorporated. The firm GL Mathobo Incorporated has its offices situated at No. 632 Circle street, Thohoyandou –G extension 2, Limpopo Province.
